We will work on your energy flow, which may be blocked by emotions. What you feel may or may not be related to this. You may feel really good afterward, or you may not feel any change. You may feel tired or energized. Rest assured that in all possible scenarios, your body will have taken in the Reiki energy and all its benefits!
